FILTERLAB80

The new specially designed FilterLab®80 machine, featuring the new benefits of double mechanical seal, heated agitator, data logging, and an hinged product bowl for discharge.

The FilterLab80 is specially designed to enable process scale up and to simulate all the functions of a full-scale Filter Dryer. The unit is believed to have the smallest heated agitator in the world, measuring just 80mm in diameter. Other special features include a NIR connection and probe for on-line monitoring of the drying process, excellent viewing ports given the size of the machine, and a full hydraulic system for raising and lowering the agitator. The agitator speed and power can also be relayed to a data logger via RS232 interfaces.
