FILTERLAB®80
The new specially designed FilterLab®80 machine, featuring the new benefits of, double mechanical seal, heated agitator, data logging, and an hinged product bowl for discharge.
The FilterLab®80 is specially designed to enable process scale up and to simulate all the functions of a full-scale filter dryer. The unit is believed to have the smallest heated agitator in the world, measuring just 80mm diameter. Other special features include a NIR connection and probe for on-line monitoring of the drying process, excellent viewing ports given the size of the machine, and a full hydraulic system for raising and lowering the agitator. The agitator speed and power can also be relayed to a data logger via RS232 interfaces.
