GL Filtration Limited specialise in the design and manufacture of Filtration and Drying equipment for the pharmaceutical and related industries.
The primary focus of the companies products is in R & D, Kilo Lab and Pilot Scale.
GLF's product range includes Nutsch Filters, Filter Dryers, Pan Dryers and Conical Mixers.
All the equipment is capable of being supplied with integrated containment solutions for handling high potency products and for general cGMP.
Design
Computer software including CAD and Solid Works ensure that all mechanical design is performed in-house.
Quality
A fully documented Quality System has been developed by our joint venture partners Portobello-RMF Engineering which encompasses the effective implimentations systems and procedures required to produce high quality products.
Portobello-RMF Engineering successfully achieved registration to the British and European Quality Standards ISO 9001, EN 29001:1987 in 1992 and have since been successful in retaining this registration under the revised standards of BS EN ISO 9001:1994. ASME U Stamp.
In 2004 Portobello-RMF Engineering successfully achieved accreditation to 180 9001 - 2000
